Thoroughly enjoyed its really helpful and thoughtful staff.
The room was nicely furnished and brand-new and it had a hair dryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower, that's cool. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from French Quarter: )

We stayed in a double room which was perfect and spotless. The location was great in the centre. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Hoan Kiem district.

The staff were very nice and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The room was absolutely perfect and had separate bathroom plus an electric kettle and glassware. Pleased it had a bidet. Central location just next door to close to the night market, and Old Quarter, it was in a pretty quiet area.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The location of Le Grand Hanoi Hotel - The Central is absolutely perfect for exploring the ancient town of Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Plus, the staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi and had an amazing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated with modern facilities. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market, restaurants, and shopping streets. The hotel staff, particularly Mrs. Xen and Mr. David Nguyen, were incredibly friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the free tea and coffee in the room. it was one of my favorite stays and I would definitely recommend it.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of the Old Quarter, on a quiet street but really close to the center. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the free snacks and drinks in our room - such a thoughtful touch!
We would highly recommend this hotel to families who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was central, rooms were modern and clean, roof terrace , staff quickly fixed shower issue, new water bottles provided daily.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
